Rev. Scott Woodburn

Scott is our Minister/Pastor and was installed here back in September 2008. He was born and raised in East Belfast and came to trust Christ as Saviour in 1998. Scott worked as a computer programmer in Dublin and Belfast before commencing his ministry training at Union Theological College in 2003.

On completion of his studies he served as Assistant Minister in Gardenmore Presbyterian Church for three years before accepting the call to Edengrove. He is married to Jenny and they have two daughters Sophie and Abby. Scott turned 30 back in 2009 and has been 30 ever since.

He is constantly challenged by the Reformation cry of soli Deo gloria which means to God alone the glory and he sees this as the theme that underpins his ministry. Rev. Jim Briggs

Jim is a retired Minister who spent his ministry in Banbridge serving with Scarva Street Presbyterian. He has been working in Edengrove since 2007 as Pastoral Assistant. He visits frequently with our older members and provides cover when Scott is away. Jim is married to Jean and they have three children and several grand children.

Dave McConkey

Dave is our Coordinator of Youth Ministry and began work here back in September 2010. Dave grew up in New Mills Presbyterian before training as an architect in Edinburgh. He would soon put architecture to one side and travelled to Spokane, Washington where he worked with the Salvation Army for many years. Dave is married to Brynn and they have one daughter Charlotte. He is passionate about seeing young people reach their full potential in Christ. Dave is available via email.

Richard Currie

Richard is our Clerk of Session and has been an elder in Edengrove since 1997. Richard works as a teacher in Banbridge and is married to Deirdre. They are blessed with two children Lydia and Peter.
